I have a DUI but let me explain :story:
I had to get my back teeth pulled and they were killing me. On my way out to the pharmacy parking lot I popped a pain pill and didn't realize there was a cop there. So I got busted a 3 minute drive away from my house, way before the pain pill would have taken effect.
I was arrested for the world's fucking stupidest DUI.

This is why I would never take any responsibility for other people. Even in a zombie apocalypse I would let someone else be the leader. I'd end up being the fucking governor instead of Rick if I were put in charge of other people's lives.

SCOTUS justice or no, if I were being questioned like that I would find it impossible to keep the sarcasm and condescension out of my reply.

Taking a stab at what she is failing to express, I think she's complaining that there's a problem with defining classes, because she wants to do class-based analysis and protections. She is trying to say the state posits a class of trannies that is a "threat to physical competition and safety", but there is another class of trannies that is not a threat, as a result of gender-affirming care. So how can a state ban trannies generally when ACKSHUALLY there are multiple classes with differing characteristics relevant to the state's public interest in bans?

She takes that as a given to pretend that if the state is allowed to ban trannies generally, that is an overbroad ban, thus putting 2 cases (Kaban? and Lehr?) in conflict. Hurst responds that's not what is happening, because Lehr didn't require Kaban to be overbroad to succeed on a standing argument. I don't think Hurst responded to her multi-class tranny proposition, which is probably for the best, because it would be hard to nitpick her without both sides sounding dumb.

I only speak jive, I am not a trained translator, so maybe someone fluent in both jive and the law can correct that impression.

So she's arguing that post-op trannies are a different class than pre-op trannies, conflating "chopping off your dick" with "Skeletal and muscular changes necessary for a man spiking a volleyball to not smash a woman's face flat". No surgery will make a male competitor safe in a female sport. The fact that they might rape them in the locker room after raping them in the field is merely a second presentation of the clear and present danger trannies in female spaces pose.

They made heretic where they put two Mormon missionary girls as the protagonists. One of the only reasons that Fargo season 4 was bearable was because of how bad ass Timothy Olyphant's Mormon US marshall character was.
Even when the Hollywood Jews try to dig their little goblin talons into Mormonism, it backfires and they always look like the most based characters on the show.
Must have dragged them six, seven miles before their heads... popped off.
