On the DFS front - it appears that Donald pled guilty to one charge, was released with time-served and has conditions for 12 months. From what I've been told, the one pertinent condition is that he can not communicate directly or indirectly with Twatwaffle but there's no regulation on his speech/posting.

I also heard that Jon filed a 64-page "victim impact statement" - 15 pages of which was just poetry. Probably more AI-generated crap. Waiting for that to show up in the kitty-litter. The prosecution completely ignored it as it was just garbage. It also sounds like the court might be moving closer to proclaiming twatwaffle to be a vexatious litigant.

Someone also shared that the Calgary Police Service is done with his bullshit complaints (see attached). They've told him to stop contacting them, and any further communications from him will result in criminal investigation/action against him. They also told him to contact BC's mental services to get help.

Oh MAN that letter from the Calgary cops is priceless. I'm printing out a hard copy of that to keep in my folder of infamy because that's too goddamn good.

A mysterious fairy might send copies of it to the mailbox of every unit in Trooniv's building for their amusement, who knows?

That's more honest than your job of crackwhore. It is also roofing, not gutter cleaning, and i'm not doing that business anymore since i opted to focus on building an off grid farm. Not sure what your fixation is with me on a yaniv thread but here we are, i have to deal with some loser with mental problems. You'll get no milk from me other than a few well deserved insults here and there.

Since you were so interested earlier with regards to what I had filed on facebook -- while the bchrt shut down my claim because telecommunications is federal, that triggered the federal complaint to actually go through as they had initially rejected the claim (erroneously shirking their jurisdiction resulting in the bchrt claim).

Word is trouble is brewing for yaniv. Crown counsel worked with Kari Simpson and came up with a global resolution. Oddly crown counsel thanked both Alicia and myself, which is odd and unexpected since we're all used to government workers being adversarial or just plain stupid.

Donald's mountain of charges basically turned into one charge, he gets 12 months of probation, and the judge literally invited him to vary his conditions if yaniv continues to pester him (like as in possibly just strike the probation entirely) Which is a pretty solid outcome considering donald would fire every lawyer he had and continuously try to self-represent in court.

We do have an update but need to keep a tight lid on a few things. There is a lot that is going on behind the scenes.

We have obtained some information about financial transactions involving yaniv receiving a lot of money from the rcmp.

Yaniv thinks we reported them to disability, but none of us have seen any youtube channel of theirs worth anything, so none of us would have made that complaint on them.

There's a rather huge shitstorm about to be unleashed in january ;) we have of course all been continuously harassed, and in a manner that the identity of the individual can easily be ascertained since they took no effort to hide it.

Word is that yaniv could have virtually paid their condo off in full but instead chose not to and that choice is now going to culminate in the loss of their condo. They are desperate to try and scam and screw people for money. X's lawyers know who we are and i will just leave it at that. Happy new years and here's to a spectacular 2026, stay tuned.

Yes as i explained earlier, courts make bad decisions (like default people due to code of conduct violations), using the pronoun crutch AND their reach is straight on to forums, your personal social media, basically anywhere a stalker chooses to go and gather up the fruits of their stalking for presentation to the system. It is positively orwellian and beyond creepy. This is the same sort of BS as offered by the same commizars that think their jurisdiction is the world. Hence why the careful linguistics. This is what happens when a system of governance turns sour and becomes weaponized against the general public for the purposes of social engineering......

The state in the bill whatcott v oger decision at the bchrt established caselaw that provisions a non-punitive path to simply strip gender entirely out of the conversation. That means whiny parties can piss off with their pronoun demands and live with something generic and have no actual legal recourse to make any such demands of other parties.

For anyone that doesn't know, Rex (Latin for King), means the crown itself (or it's legal representatives in Canada) are the ones that filed the application. The equivalent in the US, if I am not mistaken, would be the Department of Justice filing a direct application to have a private citizen designated as a vexatious litigant in a given federal court, which, to the best of my knowledge, is extremely rare. I would imagine it is likely equally rare in The Commonwealth.

What's even more unusual is that it appears to go quite a bit beyond what would be typical regarding a vexatious litigant designation in the US. Not only does it appear to impact the ability to file without leave, but actually extends to the ability for Yaniv to even provide evidence without leave in a given process hearing. That is really something.

This would demonstrate how incredibly through and done the Provincial Court of British Columbia is with Yaniv's endless shit.

Before people say “based Canada” or “see? Canada can do it, why can’t the US?!” I bet you that the only reason this happened to Yanniv is because he went after public servants.

Yanniv could have kept up the same torrent of nonsense lawsuits with nonissue if they only targeted private individuals like female beauticians or anons online. They wouldn’t care, but, the second he started going after police and first responders, then the Judge applied the retardant blanket and made it so a human has to first at least look at his lawsuits before filing them.

Huh, and reading it deeper, the past October 2025 he was allowed appeal this decision. Perhaps that’s why this doc is now public? Interdasting :thinking:
