The lolcow threatening to do so is the same person that flooded your emails under thr account, @Average CEO Respecter, and then threatened a lolsuit against your site for a grand total of $3,000 USD, which i think only $5 was raised via crowdfunding (self funded lol). And also faked documents using Samsung Notes app, instead of an actual word processor.

The issue overall with this is thst he's still perpetuating his own delusions claiming ALI interacted with Cyraxx and tried to be a fake queen Cobra NAL in his livestream. This topic has spewed in his own thread, and the Cyraxx thread. There's a lot of lore behind this, but I believe she has the right to document and defend herself from the accusations made.
