hilarious that these LA streamers move to LA and then move into the shittiest neighborhoods imaginable.
Frogan lives a few blocks from skid row. no one in LA willingly lives in downtown, even the people who work there. despite being expensive, it's a shithole. she probably has to step over fent zombies every time she walks outside.
Denims lives in fucking van nuys which is an hour+ from anywhere in LA proper. shes paying north of 2K a month to live in a suburban glorified series of strip malls an hour outside of LA.
I don't know how much money either of those two make, but they could both easily rent places in many other nicer parts of town for what they're paying, that are more central, near artists, with better food, and less shitholey.

I have no idea about LA neighborhoods, but even when I looked at the google streetview asked myself "Why would I want to live here?"
As a streamer I can literally stream from a cabin in the woods with a generator and Starlink.
Especially Denims was touted as some "big OF creator", but when I went and actually looked at her portfolio, it is all pinup softcore content and none of the high-paying fetish elf/furry/ahegao/littlesister/cosplay content that sells so well.
It is also very very bad compared to other OF creators.
Makes you really wonder if her primary income stream wasn't actually the leeching off Hasan and hijacking his audience. The way she describes her family is like they're from a welfare-based sitcom. Mother and sister are disabled and live off her since they lost food stamps, her grandmother is on social security and Kacey was apparently trying to move her somewhere else when the lawsuit dropped. Whole thing's a mess, but hey at least they're not pumping out future welfare recipients (that I know of).

I expect that they asked for a 25k$ retainer, that would be about half the raised money.
Then they ran that money out trying to get a settlement arranged, but since Fatty Booboo is to high to understand basic law, she still believes she "did nuffing wrong".
So the offer to Ethan was more an insult than an actual settlement offer that takes into account the realities around the case and the harm she did with her organized copyright infringement, in collaboration with Reddit Jannies and other streamers. I am pretty sure the stream and video of the stream saw enough viewers to get her over the offered settlement money in youtube adsharing revenue and live ads played on Twitch (if she uses them).
The lawyers will have told her a rough estimate for the lawsuit cost if this goes to trial and asked for additional funds since the attempts to settle this in line with Fatty Booboos expectations failed.
Considering this case I think her own cost will likely exceed 350k$ easy, if she wants to have an actual chance in court by finding expert witnesses who can testify to counter whoever Ethan might put on the stand.
I would expect at least 3 experts to be called.
1. Youtube expert, to explain how the platform works and monetization.
2. Twitch expert (same as above)
3. Video/Content creation expert who explains how much work is put into creating a multi hour video and how re-streaming by others undermined the market, dealing significant harm.
(Semi-Experts 4. Ethan/Hila (and Kacey would have to find someone who can "debunk" what they will testify))
Three of those could be covered by one guy, but why would Ethan limit himself if he can afford calling the most Gucci of Experts, forcing Kaceytron to find a way to counter them, driving up her trial cost into infinity. He might as well call 10 experts.
The fundraising money Kacey got has been long accounted for, even if it has not yet been spent, and we are in the cheap part of the lawsuit.
Kacey's own lawyer fees going into excess of 350k does not take into account the actual judgement and taking over Ethan's costs. Since he registered the copyright, Kacey will not just be stuck with her own lawyer fees and the judgement. Every minute she fights this, she is also spending money on Ethan's lawyer, because she is 100% going to lose, and she will 100% be forced to cover his costs.

The other cases progressed far enough to have potential trial date set, yet Frogan's case is still missing even her own response filing.
She missed the deadline by nearly 2 month now, yet no further filings? They came to an agreement and are keeping it under wraps for now? How would that work in the confines of the lawsuit process with deadlines?
[EDIT] I am not disagreeing, I am asking out of curiosity what you think could be an explanation for no documents being submitted at all. If she missed the filing date, I would have expected a motion for summary judgement, yet there is nothing.

She doesn't have that money and her lawyers and experts are not going to do it for free. Also not only will she end up owing Ethan's fees if she loses, the context makes it clear it was an entirely intentional infringement with the purpose of doing Ethan harm. Hence, the judgment will not even be dischargeable in bankruptcy.
If this goes to trial, she is under the Balldo of Damocles for the rest of her life. She should govern herself accordingly.
