She was doing more than just smoking weed while pregnant with Sophia. She drank and took shrooms on stream during it too. Then there's the meth/speed and pills she was taking off stream.

Update on Shoovy aka Shaun Sharkey's trespassing case. If you recall he broke into an under construction condo in Sarasota Florida during evacuation orders from a hurricane. He was slated for Jury trial but instead opted to plead out Nolo Contende for a pretty sweetheart deal for the felony trespass to be withheld (making it a misdemeanor) and the resisting arrest non-prosecuted. He skates through without becoming a felon.

Shaun was sentenced to 15 days in the Sarasota work program in lieu of 15 days jail time. he was also fined $5000, put on 2 years probation, must pay about $1000 in assorted court costs, and write a letter of apology to the Sarasota police department.

Full details in the attached PDF including terms of the work program. Full case file includes everything in one PDF from the warrants, bond orders etc. Of interest is he claims he is white...and his home address is fucking Assburn Ashburn, Virginia, aka the lol cow state.

Xena the Witch, AKA Amaris Sampson's court case for Misdemeanor Deadly Conduct for shooting a pedestrian with a paintball gun is moving along nicely, with Amaris out on bond. None of the court documents are too exciting at this point but the initial warrant is attached detailing the incident. Also the bitch is declaring indigence and requestion a tax-payer paid attorney.

Additionally she has a fully adjudicated protective order against her, and can be assumed its for the victim.
