Up-their-own-ass people (usually women) have a natural habit of elongating and emphasizing the word "I" in a sentence. It's difficult to replicate in text but a normal person might put the stress on "so" in the sentence below:
I was so scared.
But with a self-adorer we get:
IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII was so scared.
The girl will often roll her eyes upwards for the duration of the word "I" as well, almost as if she's having an orgasm thinking about herself being front and center of the story.
It's just a little speech pattern I've noticed that betrays how highly a woman thinks of herself.
