The motions are the routine requests for dismissal which defense lawyers always do. Of more interest are the information, which lays out the exact charges and list of witnesses, and the signed jury instructions, which includes the foreman's signature on the "guilty" line for both charges. There is also the "Notice to Probation and Parole" summarizing the trial (not nearly as thoroughly as our resident @Crocodylus Acutus). I have attached these PDFs.

That makes a lot of sense, but if I was in the jury and heard a DA say this I would be instantly biased against their client on the basis of posting cringe, regardless of the charge.
I feel like a lot of this troon shit we've suffered over the last decade would have been much more interesting if more parents had taken the approach of 'we'll call you whatever you want, but we're not paying for shit (including putting a roof over your head'.
I think Dave is genuinely crazy though and would have just found a different vector of attack to torment his parents because it's abundantly clear this has always been a shakedown.

Dave doesn't really care, he's a prolific liar can't help himself. He lies that his father's "abuse" permanently disabled him, he lies about the medication he has to take complete with photos that prove he's lying, he steals celebrity rape stories, he claims there's a vast conspiracy against him, he will lie about every detail of this trial and what it's even about. Any story he tells about his life is unlikely to have any truth to it. It's a little frustrating that there are people who will believe his bullshit unquestioningly.
The girl that went with him to film his harassment of his parents before their appointment is a disgusting person but I'm glad she did it. Thanks for buttoning up the trial nicely, stupid. Enjoy being Dave's friend, if you even are at this point.

Yeah, his father seems to have enforced a basic rule from early on that became Dave's obsession-target: No NEETs Under This Roof. If you're in school or working a job, you're welcome to live here. No? Ciao baby. Go live your life elsewhere as you see fit.
Dave dropped out of high school because he had such a skyrocketing career as a daydreamer that such humdrum wasn't feasible. His father wouldn't let him loll around the house feeding and pretending to be a professional rockstar, so the die was cast, the Rubicon crossed.
Many battles followed and today we're witness to Dave's witlessness. He's a felon and his parents still aren't paying for his cherished adolescent lifestyle.
According to the online obits of Mary's parents and sister, the Slotsky family was Pennsylvania-based. I've assumed she met Joe when they were residents or oncology fellows in Philadelphia. He went to the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine while she went to Hahnemann Medical School, now part of Drexel University.

Yeah, but it still really makes one wonder. I have to assume that most of these people have either never met Dave or only knew him many years ago. Side note, but it seems Dave was much more well adjusted and tolerable fifteen years ago. But as he himself often notes, narcissists tend to get more repugnant as they age. Anyway, I've done a bit of stalking (clicking a couple times) and most of the people that engage with Dave on Facebook don't live anywhere near him. Felice is Australian (but may live in California). I found more than one MtF with public profiles but no pictures of themselves, so I guess they have more shame than Dave.
While it is certainly true that he does have true and honest gal pals in real life, most of the people he engages with are online-only 'friends'. You still have to be pretty credulous to buy into his bullshit, but it's easier to explain when you only see his posts and have never met him or dug into his activities outside of how he presents himself online.

There are probably less of the wop/yid combo than in the previous century but you only have to look at the history of The Mafia, Las Vegas, Prohibition, etc, to see that for quite a long time the Jew's brought the money and business sense, the Italian brought the enforcement.
