I disagree with this, frankly. White is absolutely a race, with our culture being an intrinsic part of that race, even if various white nations have unique ways of expressing it. Outsiders can try to ingratiate themselves, and some may even succeed, but by and large, culture and race are tied. It is not a shirt that anyone can just put on at their convenience.
