Something occurred to me earlier while listening to the Sean stream.
The arrest event horizon was the 9-year-old's birthday. Did they have any sort of birthday celebration planned for her, or did they forget about it because they were so drugged out? She didn't have to have a big birthday bash with a lot of friends over... a small family party would've sufficed. Was she even going to have a cake on her birthday? This was all made up. The owner of his gym has confirmed he was never a coach, only an athlete who sparred at the gym.
When Aaron decided to challenge Nick Rekieta and other detractors to a boxing match in Vegas during Melton's Hackamania event, he insisted as a condition any competitor register with USA Boxing, and it ultimately got exposed that he was lying about being a licensed coach.
Aaron appears to have then decided to try to get licensed as a coach while still pretending he always was licensed, but this backfired as he is now suspended from ALL boxing activities, including just as an athlete, probably because he failed the background check due to his guilty plea last year; the violation of the HRO he pleaded guilty to is listed in their policies as something which is considered a "red light finding" that would result in a failed background check. My understanding is that he didn't need the background check before trying to register as a non-athlete coach.
