I grew up watching the original Astro Boy cartoon series and Kimba the White Lion. In the 1960s. People knew about Japanimation long before the 1990s. Devi just sucks at research.

Devi still appears to be in Canada with Madeline, child's drum kit, rooms, furniture match previous photo's Madeline has posted.
The travel to Canada happened not very long after the cat gofundme for dental work was removed.
Devi also seems to be using Tweet Delete based on who he follows which would explain the constant wipe of twitter content that is 7 to 14 days old.

By GUI Tim just means graphics mock-up. IOW drawings, not actual interface functions with exception handlers, menu population and routing or all that yucky functional stuff.
it's the same old song and dance, when it's time to make things work, draw more pictures. The delivered stuff for that FX box was about the same --- pictures

Wow, I share a birthday with one of the original ratking game dev troons and didn't realize it until now.
 
I used to follow this dude on Twitter a few years back and he tweeted about cam-whoring way more than he ever did about designing video games.

He still doesn't get that everyone's sick of indie pixel-shit/non-games and thinks he's gonna make it big one day.
 
It's really got to chap his ass that The Last Night a game that showed up on DeviPixelGracenameofthemonthclub's cyberpunk jam a couple of years ago is taking off and getting all the attention.

Someone else is living his dream by actually working toward it instead of camming buttplug play and trying to extort money from Notch
 
Devi is living the best case scenario for the troons discussed on this website: Swept off her feet by another, more sensible troon and forced into a life of apparent normalcy and slight productivity. Good for her, tbh.
