1) A true black is harsh and unflattering for his fair coloring. A brown-black, plum, etc. would be more appropriate
2) Fully lining the eyes is hardly ever the best makeup decision, as it makes the eyes look smaller. Using the black eyeliner that his coloring can't handle is only exacerbating the issue
3) If the eyes are dramatic, go nude/simple with the lip, and vice versa. The only time you should have both strong(ish) liner and red lipstick is if you are using extremely simple liner styling ala Taylor Swift

Aside from the physical resemblance, I guarantee it is his dad because when they lived in my hometown they lived in a house that is provided by the Coast Guard to its workers. There is another reason I have that would indicate it is in fact his father, but it could give away the name of my hometown so I am reluctant to say it. Frankly I have to call into question the notion that they have great wealth because while Coast Guard workers make pretty decent money, it ain't anything special by any means. The region in which Embree is located is the most religious area of the entire province, lots of Pentecosts up that way especially. From Deer Lake to Gander and everything in between, many towns in these areas are full of Pentecostal zealots. Not everyone is like this in these towns of course, but a significant percentage. On the turnoff to Lewisporte there is a really weird church called the Miracle Temple with this banner adorning it that everyone laughs at; you can see it right from the TCH.

I've heard of an old man who lives around Gander whose name is Holden Hiscock, but I'm not sure if this is just a funny myth since Newfoundland is highly folkloric, or if his parents were just semi-literate retards like 75% of the population here continues to be. Clearly based on Landon Hiscock, many Hiscocks don't fully think through the names they confer onto their children so Holden Hiscock is certainly not out of the realm of possibility lol
