He would be all over this situation if it was someone he wasn't tangentially 'allied' with. Make no mistake, his refusal to cover the Gunt is about the money.

Slight counterpoint, a big problem with covering Ralph's legal troubles is lack of documents, almost none of them are available on the internet, and from what I've seen nobody goes and gets them from the courthouse to post here. The last document I saw was the revenge porn case nolle prosequi document Ralph posted.

That or Ralph threatens shit but never actually files anything, which also results in no documents.

This makes it really easy to not cover gunt legal drama, and instead just make a snide comment about Ralph's latest buffoonery in response to the occasional gunt related superchat buried in the middle of a 4 hour livestream which makes no mention of Ralph in a searchable way.

Ralph is a stupid attention whore and Rackets is a large nosed lawyer. Why he hasn't worked out some sort of "send me the documents and I promise I'll go easy on you" deal with the gunt camp is beyond my understanding
 
I think Nick is a scumbag, and I think he's very quick to anger. I would enjoy seeing him pushed some to the point of sperging. Accusing him of gunt guarding and sucking the gunt crease isn't gonna be the thing to
make him sperg. IMHO.

I used to keep up with Nick Rekieta early on in Weeb Wars, because I enjoyed the chaos of the Vic Lasagna Saga, but a couple of things became really apparent to me around the time the lawsuit got started:

1. Nick is a shit lawyer and more often than not does not know what he is talking about except in a basic sense.

2. While Nick angrily claimed during Weeb Wars that he was using the GoFundMe Money to finance Vic's interests and had no personal use for the money, he used the fund to hire Ty Beard, a personal friend of his that allegedly manages his family trust fund and an estate planning attorney with no experience in defamation and barely any litigation experience.

3. Because of the above, Ty got completely blown out in court, regardless of what the dick-lickers in the Weeb Wars forum say, costing the GFM Backers an untold amount of Vic's money because Ty is such a fuck-up that he couldn't meet even the minimum of pleading standards to survive an anti-SLAPP motion. Cope-posters will blame Judge Chupp, but the fact of the matter is that the case wouldn't have been TCPA'd if Ty was competent enough to draft a passable filings.

4. Nick lies and manipulates his naïve audience into believing his "father figure" act to fleece more money out of them. I don't think Nick is entirely without a heart or completely uncaring, but he deliberately plays that aspect up for more superberries.

5. Nick associates with the IBS crowd, who all retarded fuck-ups, and one's character definitely can be inferred by the company he keeps.

This, 100%. He brings up far too often the stupid "teacher stole my transformer" story. He has a lot of signs of being the spoiled child of a successful parent. Only it's worse for him, because at least one of his grandparents was also successful. More than that even, because some wiley Rekieta pollack ancestor had the smarts to get the fuck out of Poland, and then deny their Jewish heritage once they made it stateside.

Nick was probably spoiled by both parents and coddled by mom. Fucked off in hs. Goes off to college to fuck around, annoys his future wife into dating him. Fucked around with shit grades in a liberal arts degree. Starts breeding like rabbits to stop his wife from getting into another pyramid scheme. Somehow backs his way into a law program when he couldn't cut it at Wells Fargo. Hangs a shingle in literal BFN, but doesn't like doing this work either. It's generally been a golden life, stumbling into this YouTube success.

Given this profile, it's no surprise he doesn't call out the gunt.

I brought up his revenge porn suit in Nick's youtube chat one night and he gave up trying to find the documents in the Kiwi Farms thread. If anyone can get a hold of Nick and send him all papers relating to Ralph, maybe, just maybe, he'll cover it.

I still expect him to go really easy on the gunt like he did covering the pedo house fight.

I don't have the proof, but I would be willing to bet that Rackets accrued a significant number of killstream subs due to his appearances on the show. Not long after came the Vick opportunity, which he exploited like the good cryptojew lawyer he is, milking the anime grift. Those two things are what gained Rackets exposure and subsequent subs. In a way - as pathetic as it is - his recognition that the killstream/gunt ultimately opened the door for him to milk retards on the internet for money by appealing to their confirmation bias is as retarded as it is admirable, insofar as youtube grifters are capable of being admirable.

Now, if Ron Toye or any of these Nip cartoon comics speds groomed some teenager of 18 years, released revenge porn of her, and ditched the kid like a worthless White nigger, what would Nick do? I remember Nick Rekeitaberg when he first started. His channel blew up fast because of the ongoing Maddox lolsuit at the time. I think people were so drawn to it because it was like their first time listening a lawyer, or a "cool" internet one and he instantly became the source for the lolsuit scoops, effectively replacing that Keon guy on TDS.

I believe the Vic stuff was already... hot stuff well before (the greater part of 2018) Nick showed up on the Kill Report. It basically filled the content void when the Maddox stuff dried up and accrued a bunch of anime loli weirdo viewers.

I guess I'm sperging too much here. I don't personally believe Nick siphoned many viewers from Ralph, rather Ralph got a lot (probably a shit ton actually) from Dick and Nick.

But you make a great point about Jim and other ecelebs. I think that probably tickled Nick's pickle over Ralph more than anything.

Or maybe Nick just ignores Ralph's chronic retardation because he's Dick's "friend" and Nick would voluntarily be diddled by Dick because he owes him everything.

Perhaps unlike most in this thread, I still like Rekieta, but of course I recognise that he has been gunt guarding to some degree.

What I wanted to bring up though, is that I always thought Jim was a bit hesitant about Rekieta and I felt it showed in their interactions and whenever anyone brought up Rekieta to Jim.

Not saying the above means anything, but am curious to see if anyone else agrees with my take there, or feels I am off the mark.
