I can find the arraignment in the previous case, before it was transferred to JDR. But not the actual case itself, so I'd assume it's something about the kind of case it is.
 
Could this be related to the images of Xander and Faith that Ralph confirmed dropped on /cow/?
It is just dissemination of images and like Faith said, one of the ones posted on /cow/ was a canary image only sent to ralph. I know they weren't explicit but it might be related.

Either they got new/better evidence, or Ralph was on some kind of deferred prosecution agreement and violated it.

Yeah. As I said, I could find the district court record and docket but once it was transferred it wasn't online. I think I posted about that in a previous post. Every time I've had an update from the JDR it's always after I called. This is the first time I recorded it, because I knew people would want actual evidence since it wouldn't be found online.

Yep, good luck suing the Farms Ralph when you have revenge porn charges to deal with. All while making less than minimum wage.

Prison sagas for both Ralph and Chris is one of those unexpected but welcome lolcow crossovers.

I said this last time round, if they actually take a look at the evidence here Ralph is fucked. Not from the US, but is it reasonable to assume that because they're deciding to reopen the case that they will be less inclined to let him off this time round?

So the day when he publicly gave up on his flesh and blood and laughed about the kid maybe watching this clip in 15 years, was also the day that the state decided to prosecute him for spreading pornography of his son's mother. This excuse of a man is a piece of shit of highest order with no redeeming features. If he died years ago the world would be a better place, with the only slight negative being this forum not having so much material, though it's not like white trash is in short order.
