The solution is an obvious one. Vaccinate BBJ and Sam. While it's true that no vaccine offers 100% protection, the Nobivac vaccine has proven extremely effective. In fact, it's possible for cats to spontaneously become virus-free and there is some indication that Nobivac-vaccinated cats may show a higher likelihood of doing so.

Unless their vet has reason to advise quarantine vs. vaccination, it's simply not necessary to keep poor Timbit locked up in that prison. I'd like to think that's exactly the case here otherwise they wouldn't be doing it, but with those two clowns anything is possible. I don't have a lot of faith that their decision is an informed one.

It's ridiculous because not only does she lack experience, she lacks any sort of knowledge. She knows nothing of, say, fetishes or BDSM, so she can't even talk about that scene. She is incredibly ignorant of anatomy, safe sex, birth control, etc., so the medical aspect is completely out of the question.

What is she gonna talk about? How she starfished a few times, never had an orgasm, and then got an abortion? This is the woman we're going to for sex advice? The one who got rejected from a threesome and then shit all over their bathroom? The most satisfying sex of her life was with the Scottish guy, and by her own admission that lasted all of two minutes while his girlfriend was passed out in the next room. I've mentioned this before, but she's told us that her #1 sex move is to twitch her hips during doggy-style. It’s the little things, like her making an order and racing out of the drive-thru without cancelling, that truly make you hate her. She genuinely doesn’t think of other people as anything more than NPC’s. Someone had to make that food for nothing. The restaurant will have to throw it out. It’s wasted food and a financial loss for the owners. It’s not that big of a deal, but it’s unnecessary. Two sourdough chicken clubs is 1,600 kcal. She made the restaurant throw away enough food to feed a person for an entire day. Who does that? Who thinks it’s funny or quirky?
 
I was just reviewing the YT channels I'm subscribed to and saw that StaySi (who made hilarious animated shorts about Chins and ALR) currently has no content. I hope her vids are archived somewhere.
 
This doesn't really apply to anything specific that happened with her recently, but just a general thought about her behavior that the most recent stream reminded me of:

I always found her squealing out a "beauty bite" at the start of her mukbangs to be super morbid. Considering her channel is essentially watching someone self harm with food (maybe a bit less so since she got onto stimulants), watching her say a cutesy phrase before binging always seemed really dark to me. It would be like watching a heroin addict go "junky jab" before injecting some heroin and blissing out on stream. The super over the top reaction she has (eyes rolled back into the head, "omg guys this is soooooooo good" in response to random fast food burgers and shit) doesn't help either.

Her anxiety and panic over not getting a chicken sandwich is wild. It really is the reaction of a junkie whose connection has gone dry. It's absolutely fascinating how driven by her id she is. She mistakes a craving, a want, for a need and experiences (for her) genuine distress over not getting it. It's an issue with addicts in general, but to see someone react this way over a chicken sandwich is mind blowing.
 
If she does in fact make it to Gran's death bed today, I expect her to be out of control later. She will pull out every maladaptive coping mechanism she has. Watching her grandmother struggling to breathe, a shell of her former self, will hit home for Chantal. Add in the stress of seeing her family and it will lead up to the Beeze of a lifetime. If she's even has a modicum of coherency tonight, I'll be surprised.

It's possible they make her wear a mask and do a quick test. This seems to be a situation in which the extended family is allowed to have last words and goodbyes. I would think the family wants her to say goodbyes to Grams, and it seems Chantal is the one having trouble with gravity of the situation. She even admitted the other night she's ashamed of her life righ now and not sure what to talk to her grams about - not able to realize she doesn't have to mention her coke/meth/pot binging and she's being used by some scumbag who can't keep a job helping to soak her financially dry who physically abuses her.
 
Apparently she is now not going to see her grandmother. She claims it has nothing to do with not being fully vaccinated. She claims the hospital is only allowing two pre-approved visitors (her mom and uncle). The chat seems suspicious and it’s setting her off a bit.
