Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Reminds me of when I was a kid and did not want to go to school so I locked myself in the bathroom and pretended to have the shits. Except Joe is probably shitting himself for real.
 
If this ends in the reveal that Biden died before he could give the speech due to being overstressed on drugs and being forced out onto the podium I'm gonna lose my shit.
 
Obama used to be late all the time too because he had to fall into the stereotype, and Trump did it as a 10 minute late power move sometimes (but always took questions afterwards so it balanced out), but this reeks of cowardice.

I continue to think that he's just -gone-, that the condition finally hit the point the drugs aren't working. And we are only seeing him in the brief and cinreasingly shorter moments of lucidity.

Damn right they won't. They'll do the same shit all the minivan driving moms are currently doing on Facebook now that it's coming out that masks are questionable effectiveness and so are vax - "well if it comes out that it was all for nothing, then at least i knew i was still trying to be a good person". I'm not shitting you, that's the cope they're using for shutting down a global economy for a year and isolating kids from social interaction to an extent that some kids have developed fucking mental disorders that will mess with them more than the chink cough would. And they will use that exact same logic to wave this away. "Well we were just watching out for the country." "We were being patriotic" etc. It's always about still being able to pat themselves on the back and lie to themselves that what they did was the good choice, even if everyone else is dead from following the "wisdom" of their "good choice".
