When I first saw the pictures of the hat I thought it was Phil trying to lean into some ironic shit. "People say my streams are run like a police state so I got a hat to reflect it! *Goat laugh*"

But after watching the full context I must say Phil's cartoonish lack of self-awareness continues to astound me. Also I love how Phil right out of the gate assigns evil context to this type of hat and then doubles down on that later once he gets upset over the Hitler comments.

If Mr. Valedictorian retained anything from history class he could have spun this as a kind of General Macarthur look but of course he doesn't.
 
A clothing sponsorship? For the guy who wears jammies and gamer shirts every day? At least make up reasonable lies DSP.

Nobody is paying this physical trainwreck to advertise their clothes. Don't they want good looking people of whatever age range their targeting? Dave is like the stereotypical American people think of as a insult to actual mid-30s Americans.

Well, I was wrong. I was very :optimistic: :optimistic: that trolls would give money to him just to see what other retarded hats he bought, but guess like reason and logic prevailed. So, like usual, it's up to whales and the 4 accounts of Captain Gayops to reach the tips goal for us
 
There is still a tiny, almost infinitesimal part of me convinced that Phil is some kind of ten-year performance art project. Whether it’s him being unwittingly bankrolled by a west coast collective which discovered him after he moved out to Washington or him being the undisputed master of gayops there are things he does which my brain refuses to fully accept “this man is a once in a hundred years tard” as the simplest explanation. The Freudian slips, the daily rehashing of his entire backstory, the flagrant abuse of his fans, the fucking Nazi hat…I can’t bring myself to allowing all this to go unexamined and like Grecian man finding meaning in the random arrangement of stars in the night sky I am driven to find greater meaning in the behavior and motivation of a man who once filmed himself trying to eat cup noodles with a spoon.

This is lost in the hilarious Nazi stuff today, but this Kat = Mom shit is really REALLY weird. Phil has done this at least 6 times now (that have been caught and recorded). I really wish we could get a true and honest BEHIND DA SCENES of Phil's actual life... it must be astonishingly clueless and immature.

He really expects us to believe two separate hat donated related things happened this close to each other in time? Come on phil
