You know he thought everyone would think it was a M Bison hat which is why he bought it. I’m convinced of this.

might I also add that Bison’s nickname from Japanese players and how he is typically referred to is Dictator.

After the "what the actual fuck" shock wore off I couldn't stop laughing how miserable he looked. Normal phil will spin anything he did wrong, the more you argue the further down delusion alley he goes, this time it looked like not even his gin brain was going to give him this one.

Yes, bison or DICTATOR, wore that hat, it's safe to assume that Yasuda and Nakayama wanted the player to associate him as being an evil ruler and which historical group is the default association with bad guys? GEEE. It's the same reason the empire has such a specific fashion taste.

There is another association with this hat and well unless the next surprise is assless chaps well....oof.
