You don't need his public IP to print wirelessly nowadays. Most printers broadcast a wifi connection by default out of the box. You'd need to be pretty close though.

The problem with JTL is the fact that his restreams aren't just lazy but he's also fabricated evidence more than once (placing WWE Champions audio into one of his streams and claiming it was Phil playing the game, despite the audio not coming through on anyone else's restream or Phil's own stream) Other restreamers tend to put in a little bit of effort. LSB was a funny, likeable guy and an1337 makes good videos. JTL is just shit.
Once Kevin Smith became a stoner instead of just writing about a pair of stoners his output has been garbage. I'm really hoping Clerks 3 is his return to form. When he's on he pumps out some really good stuff.
The line for me is when streaming is ALL you do (i.e it is no longer a hobby but a job ala DSP).
Youtube is arguably more precarious than twitch. Getting a copyright strike on there can get you a two week suspension on your streaming privileges. Also bad is if phils dspgaming channel gets nuked or demonized, the youtube paycheck he takes for granted would be gone and he’d be really screwed

I've yet to see a router allow incoming ports by default and there is no way Phil would open up ports or even know how to do that. You might get port 80 for remote administration of the router if that's enabled, but I doubt it would be set to open by default. Maybe filtered for local only traffic.
