Most of them. To start you're looking at almost every significant comic and anime character even in universe is nuts. Most horror and drama characters are at least kind of lolcows. Most romance characters would be basically Russell Greer or Chris.
 
Sephiroth. Girly looking mama's boy commits mass murder while dancing around the fact that he's totally gay for his rival.
 
The entire Trueba family from The House of the Spirits. I should also mention that Esteban Trueba and his Psychic wife make a cameo in Isabelle Allende's book A Long Petal of the Sea.
Fuck it, lump in the characters from A Long Petal of the Sea in since they're also female prodigies that starve.

Has a follower just to laugh at him. A mockery of over blown knight in shining armor tales.

Mistakes buildings for literal made up monsters.

He's one of histories best written lolcows imho.

That can be applied to almost every cartoon/vidya character ever made. Only time they ever change clothes if it's an environmental/situational event, like going to the beach or going to a fancy hall/diner.

Also you forget that one time he and Piccolo took their driving test
