Phil is the definition of a casual.

Hades is such a well-crafted masterpiece. The story is so well written, the characters are so likable, and it has so many fun possibilities of gameplay.

But Phil's greed coupled with his fear of looking like a fool makes him the most unentertaining streamer I've ever had the displeasure of seeing.

Oh, and he's also ignorant as fuck and doesn't know anything about anything, so all the references to Greek mythology are lost on him.

But don't let it ruin the game for you, try to see it as if it's a monkey trying to play the game.

Yall don't need to worry about DSP "ruining" Hades for you, even with all the dribblers in his chat giving him advice and hot tips on the best boons and weapons - he still needs to execute the gameplay. He's a fucking idiot and he will get his shit pushed in should he ever reach the 3rd stage. He will cry and bitch and whinge about how unfair the boss is. He's either gonna rage quit early or he's gonna give us some great salty rants. Enjoy the ride.

He is probably going to have the "everyone praised it, but it wasn't very good" stance on it. Where is convinces himself the reason why he got his ass kicked is because of "bad game design" and not his inability to adapt.
Which by the way, "roguelike" games operate on you learning and adapting to the punishing difficulty, not getting strong and spamming attacks.

Watching him play Back 4 Blood was great to see this hermit's gameplay juxtaposed with the average gamer.
While he was shambling around making pointless observations "Dude look this zombie has spikes in its head, there's so much blood over here duhuhu" his teammates were running around playing the fucking game. Often times he got cornered and killed because he was meandering and checking some empty room for no reason. Then there was this part where he and his team had to figure out how to unlock a blocked-off bridge, he kept running back to the waypoint reminding people where the bridge was, not knowing what to fucking do. His teammates had to keep running back over to him just to see what the hell he was doing. Then he got votekicked because his paranoid, narcissistic ass muted them before they could even talk.
He holds himself as a "champion of the common gamer" but his gaming ability has rotten so much ever since the damn Vest Streak encouraged him to stall as much as possible. I genuinely bet my eighty-year old grandpa would take to video games better than DSP.

2. Nobody is handholding him that bad yet
3. Who knows if he’ll even get to a boss the way he’s stalling
4. No comment yet, he’ll turn into a prune about Aphrodite though if he sees her
5. He was surprised about there being a god of wine, so safe to say he’s not going to pretend to be a massive Greek myth buff

I have. I had one classmate who was as stupid as Phil, wasting time in class playing The Sims 2. They never did any work, and whenever they were confronted, they'd start crying. Ruined the whole game for me, as I loved playing The Sims 2. Yeah, I'm old.

Took him almost an hour to get to Meg for the first time, how is this possible?! If he ever makes it to Hades it's going to take an entire stream in itself.

E: Got dunked as expected, all I wanted to see.

I'm assuming it's just a home owners association kind of thing where they require residents to maintain some level of upkeep on their property to keep up appearances. Probably just the usual weathering you see on sidewalks and driveways where they turn dark from dirt, etc. or maybe an oil stain from a leaky car
