When DSP takes Nintendo to court to say he's an "artist" with "transformative" work because the game doesn't move unless he pushes buttons, Nintendo just needs to show this and it's over. Video game streaming will be illegal

Just looked on Google, this got a 6/10 on IGN and 70% on metacritic.

Not that it matters a ton IN REALITY... BUT why did he choose this if its not only a game no one cares about, but it's also not one of those under the radar gems

He's just playing a game that's mediocre and no one cares about. It should at least be one or the other
