In regards to the hamster torture and murder -
I used to work with a girl around college age and she said part of an initiation in her collage was people buying hamsters and murdering them as some fucked up group thing. ( Unfortunately, they're easy to buy and too small to defend themselves from horrible cunts ).
Cult? Probably not. But murdering a hamster to prove ur 2 edgy for the mainstream cliques. That shit wouldn't surprise me at all. Further wouldn't surprise me if her cronies had actually done the same with Bella taking credit multiple times because she's a fucking loon.
Basically, and I'm saying this in my most mom tone ever - these kids should be deeply ashamed of themselves. And they really should answer for these crimes.

It'd certainly be a shame if somehow those reached the office of academic integrity at TTU.

I'll give her this, there's no evidence that she told Chris to rape Barb. Chris and Barb have had a weird relationship forever and Chris is dangerously unstable, if hindsight is 20/20 we all should have seen that coming. It was a matter of time before Chris did something fucked up (well, more fucked up). But a normal person would have ended the conversation the moment he started talking about eating out his disabled mother and went to the police. She didn't do that. It is just objective reality that she did not do that, and as far as we know she had no intention of doing that. Best case scenario here is she was scared of...well, this thread happening. Instead she fed into his delusions and acted like this was something normal, then sat on all this for weeks. From everything else we know about her it seems like she thought this was some giant lark, like getting chris to tell her this shit meant she was getting one over on everybody. I don't think the actual severity of what was going on entered into her internet-rotted zoomer brain for even an instant.

I initially thought that too, but a reverse image search on the floor poop image shows us it was just Bella being edgy.

No, drawn stuff is virtually never prosecuted and the only law directly against it was thrown out in Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition. Note, such material could still potentially violate federal obscenity laws anyway, but I'll note multiple copies of those Discord logs are all over the site so if they're illegal anyone who has them is a criminal. They're not.
