First it would have to be proven that he was behind it. Everything now is circumstantial, and very loosely connected. The site has been under attack ever since Byuu's vanishing act, this could be a continuation of those attacks by more sophisticated means. Or it could be due to Bella, but unrelated to her father. Or for some other reason entirely. How do you determine Glowdad is sponsoring the attack? He's not going to tell you if he is.

Then there's her father's status as an "entrepreneur" or whatever he calls himself. What does he do, and can he be removed from his company(s)? If his company is a cleared contractor--with his history that seems likely--and he's the senior management official, he has to maintain a personnel security clearance. Proof he was involved in DDOSing a web site to cover up something that would affect his professional or community standing would definitely be grounds for revoking that.

Yeah, Roman has filed official paperwork against Bella in the past, and vouches for Zoe as they collaborated on slides for their title IX complaint

Neither of them have lied to us as far as we can prove, in fact it lines up with some of their discord logs, so we can consider their accusations pretty reliable, along with the verified discord logs

Can we start to properly look into Allen and Louis? They are both scum of the earth and implicated in almost all the dark shit on Discord from animal torture to spiking drinks with estrogen pills.
