From what I have read in their discussions, she seems to have a loose grasp of technical subjects. I admit I haven't read extensively, but the few quotes I have seen are not impressive. I assume she must be able to do some coding, but that doesn't make you an expert in security or anything else. Little kids learn to code now days.
People who are not involved in this stuff think everyone who can write a few lines of python is a hacker. Security research requires a wide-base of knowledge and reverse-engineering, including some things that schools just aren't really teaching, especially not third-tier schools.
Like, her talking about "hacking banks" and stuff is just so beyond laughable. If she had that kind of experience and skill set she wouldn't be wasting her valuable time trying to impress suckers on Discord with her 1337ness.
