She might not get actual prison time, but substantial fines, a criminal record, house arrest/probation, and/or other restrictions are on the table. Also, if she were to lie on the stand or intentionally provide false information regarding her own case or Chris's, she could also be charged with perjury and some variant of causing harm to an investigation.

Also, even if she can't be charged for planning to manipulate an autistic man into killing himself or having sex with someone (mother or not), these past actions and her past behavior will also affect the way she looks to a judge and/or a jury.
