In all honesty, I hate to play devil's advocate for Chris and this doesnt exonerate him,

but if something can be proven with long term negative influence and coaching, with Bella knowing Chris for a very long time (as the video suggests), and possibly influencing CwC towards believing incest was more normal, its possible that could come up in his defense. Mind you, it's a slim possibility, but the thought that her dox could lead to her being listed in these court documents somewhere as "influenced this autistic man for months that incest was great or encouraged him to get sex any way possible" is actually very amusing.

Even a definitive "the video was recorded by Isabella Janke, sat on for a several days and released by a separate party" in official records would have potential blowback for her.
