we already debunked the possibility of pitching it up in post, as it’s a lot more difficult than pressing a couple buttons and would have created obvious artifacting that isn’t present in the leaked audio

Either she put voice changer app metadata on it as a red herring (GUIZE IT WAS BILLY,) or she used a voice changer app (that she was already familiar with using for her gayops, hence she resorted to it in a pinch for editing) to chop the Chris interview up and remove incriminating bits

I lean toward the second thing. Either way, Bella is unequivocally Isabella Jenke.
