We literally have no reason to believe that, the Anonymous account and Trench accounts have been confirmed by the same person (Luis) to belong to them, only to afterwards claim it wasn't them on Twitter. Not to mention how Espeon also made it abundantly clear neither Kelly or Luis were reliable.
