As far as legally, I'm no expert but as far as I know, if they find evidence she coerced Chris (a mentally challenged criminal) to commit a felony, that is a crime.

Considering how nothing happened to Joshua Wiseman and the Idea Guys, I wouldn't bet on anything, especially with Kelly being in another state.

But expect the worst and hope for the best!

No, because she didn't want her name to be immortal. She wanted her actions and screen name immortalized. I think now that she is no longer an anon, she is freaked out trying to distance as far as possible and praying for CWC to complete the merge.
 
The absolute minimum that can happen to Kelly at this point is she'll be called as a witness and publicly outed in front of court cameras as "Bella", the other voice in the infamous incest recording.

Regardless of any legal ramifications, any time someone googles her name it’s going to come up as the woman who didn’t report a retard raping his elderly mom. Her school is probably going to kick her out and that’s going to be an awkward discussion with the family.
