With regards to the Phil is gay debate: no.
Phil likely has a repressed libido due to depression, diet, shitty sleep schedule and probably too much alcohol. Any sense of romance is likely dead in Phil, he doesn't give a shit that he got married in a kitchen and ate pizza like a 12 year old's birthday so why would he go the extra step to actually trying to be sexual with Kat (implying Kat wants to be within ten feet of him). He can barely put in the effort to present himself as a normal human being, his shrunken mental veiw is anything outside of his current status quo is beyond him. Why bother pursuing when you can play gatcha, watch TV and jerk off, all of which give the dopamine and seratonin without scary stuff like human interaction or him actually being a failure in bed.
I imagine back in the early days, Phil probably did think he was a stud and had a chance with women but he has withdrawn more and more into a sexless ghoul that avoids just about any way of having to be outside of his tiny sphere of influence and considering that sex is about as vulnerable and intimate as you can be with another human, that's the anathema of the fortress that Phil has made in his head. No chance of being a laughable disappointment if you never try in the first place, a story told athousand times in Phil's life really.
Also if he got a greenscreen 'dontated' I would be shocked that it would be something that didn't instantly benefit him, more than likely it'll be a shitty ikea chair for him to swing about in.
