Don't feel bad, I straight up said he was either already fucking or going to fuck his mother and the same thing happened. Nah man, I ain't a law expert or nothing, but here is how it's going to go down, imo:

1. Barb goes to Jail or aslyum- Prob dies of a heart attack before it actually happens.
2. Chris goes for a mental health check ordered by the court - He rants about how Magichan sonichu possessed him and made him buttfuck his mom to start the merge or something.
3. Chris spends the rest of his days in an insane asylum equivalent and gets limited and monitored internet access. Finally, over the course of years of medication and help, make Sonichu pages somewhat coherent again.

It seems like it. There's a good chance that since Barb may not be entirely there, that Chris managed to get some form of conservatorship over her and her property. Mind you this is all just speculation, so I can't actually say for sure.
