Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

So I'm confused, why exactly was she booed? From my little bit of searching about her, she seems to have sponsored an election integrity bill signed by Ducey, and it makes no mention of her being a dissenting voice in the earlier attempt to push through a bill in April. Am I missing something?

In my area irl, yes. The Trump supporters are either smug and mildly angry or just angry, while the Biden supporters are starting to get angry or realizing the Dems are fucking them worse than Trump did.

It's something, I've been around a bit but I've never seen anything like it.

It sounds like a cope and it probably is on at least some level, but I unironically think this now. Though Biden certainly isn't helping Trump would still have to be dealing with inflation, the eviction moratorium bomb about to explode in a few months, the Taliban grabbing as much of Afghanistan as they can, and probably a lot more '''''grassroots''''' protests against him. Instead he gets to sit in a pretty comfy exile having lost almost no significant support while Biden and the Democrats are left holding the bag. Sucks in the meantime we have a barely sentient vegetable representing America on the world stage and American culture has gone into clown world overdrive but Trump would have no control over the latter anyway.
