Hate crime is about the intention. If a woman plans to murder men, that's also a hate crime.
I'm not saying the laws are fairly applied, they're not, but at least in theory, you don't need to be a minority to count as the victim of a hate crime.


Unrelated, I know Josh is for rehabilitation prisons and against the good ol' prison jokes, but this guy won't be an incel in prison.
