Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

IIRC, she's also never conceded and considers herself to be the real Governor of Georgia still. Granted she goes on about voter suppression and not fraud which is important, because while Democrats pretend there are never any significant irregularities with how the votes are counted they also pretend that Republicans constantly stop blacks from voting through slight inconveniences and that every election would be a blue wave if they could just make COVID provisions permanent.

actually they voted for 2000 dollar checks and poor people are not gonna forget that.

The democrats have a major optics problem with the Jan 6th commission. It affected a few lawmakers and the only people who care are posting via blue check marks on twitter. The average poor person voting D is being consumed by gas prices and the fact to get ground beef is now closer to 6-7 bucks a pound unless you're buying Walmart meat.

Twitter is speeding that up and I love it.

The 2020 election was the first time voting for many, the second time for some, and the third time to the far end of what's considered 'young'. So we have a spread of young people whose experience with politics is limited to Orange Man Bad and Obama Fever. They have never been truly disappointed in a candidate, and when someone gets disappointed with their current position they often self-reflect on the better past. The problem for the left that is arising is that courtesy of social media like twitter, the utter demonization of Trump isn't something the youth just forget, they know all the things he was accused of. And they were also exposed to the almost deification of Biden as the savior post-Orange Man.

And then Biden's admin does this shit. Completely fucking up the withdrawal of Afghanistan, shoving kids in cages (GOD the Democrats regret that bit of verbal warfare), spying on journalists, etc etc. The sheer level of disillusionment this causes is great. This is a core demographic, and while also the most spotty one it's by far the largest voting bloc for the Democrats. And that demographic is growing increasingly embittered.

Amazing to think that kids in cages feels like an eternity before, politically- even though it’s still ongoing and by all means has gotten worse with the increased flow of people.

Don’t forget the vote harvesting loophole the Georgia Dems utilized under her cover, which they used to seize the senate. So the assumptions of voter suppression are doubly egregious and another instance of projection.

It also overestimates people’s love of Congress. I’d wager that the proportion of people who see Congress as this corrupt and ineffectual institution is no small number.

biden also is increasing ATF's budget while recognizing crimes aren't committed with an AR15. They're going after your handguns now which they still believe comes from 'gun shops' and not pouring over the border from cartels to gangs in cities via a nationwide network of crime.

I guess I ll post an update here.

So the manger heard from the tenants. most likely they spent part of this week learning that "omg housing is impacted"

I had lunch with the plumber and he told me the house was in good shape and the dude had a cool collection of saddles.

Anyway they came in to the management office and said this

"The HA called them and said we should be paid soon as the last portion of the process is done. But since they got a notice they put it on hold. HA won’t pay if they are being kicked out."

we dont know how true this statement is

Also in this state kicking them out for not paying isnt allowed but I am allowed to take the house off the market I am very weary of engaging with the tenants because it would be bad for me to basically admit I m "retaliating" for their not payment.

On the other hand it would be great to verify that the half billion set aside to make landlord and tenants whole, isnt really gonna be applied for that.

he mentions something about getting on SS "soon" which I find suspect why not state the exact date he could start drawing.

anyway its been a shitty day. and again I really want the tenant to understand the goverment fucked him because I can just get a judgement on him.
