I feel like I "ought" to have a million dollars and "ought" to look like a super model but I don't and I just have to live with that.
Just to confirm that my information is correct, I searched for a font for the video and found it on Youtube lmao (the link, it's age restricted so can't embed + it's just the gross shit we've all seen at this point). Title is "Médico retira larvas da vagina de uma mulher" (TL: Doctor takes larvae out of a woman's vagina"), description also says it's botfly larvae, from 2015.
I feel like this one is like, so close to the point but still missing. If they could just actually look at unbiased pics + information on neovags and realize "getting a vagina" is impossible and nothing positive will come of it, they could maybe get it. But of course that only happens after they get their own amhole.

The fact her father is paying for her hysterectomy and future nullification surgery instead of her therapy is very telling.
Assuming she’s not a troll, I can sort *understand* why her father gave up on her. Realistically speaking, not everyone can be cured or made to behave somewhat normally. Sometimes you can only let them do their thing and manage symptoms the best you can. People so deeply mentally ill are exhausting to live with.
If this individual is genuine and not a troll, she needs to be put under conservatorship pronto. She is not competent to make decisions about her person or her finances.

When she says hysterectomy, I'm assuming they didn't leave an ovary for hormone balance because of A) how fucked it is to perform a hysterectomy on a healthy 18 year old, and B) Her rich-ass father is paying for it. Lack of hormonal output from gonads (along with being psychotic) would give you those intense mood swings. (edit because I'm always tired and retarded the simple answer is she fucking surgically forced herself into menopause at 18 years old.)She actually has already had the hysterectomy. One of the things I appreciate about her posts is how disconnected they are. One minute she is talking about how her hysterectomy is making her feel like she just experienced a tragic loss, despite the fact that she is totally pleased with her decision. One post says "I'm currently crying because I can't masturbate anymore." In the next post she will be defending her decision, saying she has no regrets and that her life is wonderful as she is moving closer to her ideal self. On the one hand, she says she has never wanted anything more than these surgeries and that the day she gets rid of her vagina will be the happiest day of her life, but on the other hand, her posts evidence deep discomfort with existing in general and a palpable immaturity.
Look at her posts about her girlfriend. It is obvious that she has never been in a serious relationship, never mind a hookup. Moreover, she is likely a virgin. Yet despite this lack of experience, she is adamant that her coochie must be sealed up. This desire for the removal of her genitals contrasts with what sounds like possibly a porn addiction. She says that hentai introduced her to the idea of removing her genitals because apparently, some characters look like barbie dolls down there.
This background leads me to two possible reasons for why her mental illness is presenting itself this way. One possible cause is sexual abuse at a young age. Her immaturity and her warped concept of sex hint towards that theory. The other possible cause is premature exposure to pornography, especially fetish porn and hentai. We already know that she is a long-time fan of hentai, even though she recently turned 18. Hentai and fetish porn could have been her first introduction to sex, and so consuming that content could have normalized extreme behaviors.
Irrespective of which experience caused her identity issues, her parents are to blame. They aren't responsible for the mental illness itself, but they certainly did not protect her from consuming inappropriate content when still a minor. I am curious on hearing your guys' take on her condition, assuming she isn't a troll.
Some more info gleaned from her posts, though some has already been mentioned:
- Her dad has a ton of money
- She can speak Hebrew and implies she has been able to since childhood
- She lives in an affluent part of Manhattan, several subways stops away from the Met.
- My guess is that she lives somewhere on the upper east side

Another thing that is annoying is on every post, no matter how irrelevant, she mentions she had a hysterectomy. It is her entire personality. She also is a serial cross-poster attention-whore. I swear she has maybe twenty posts titled "my last post before I get a hysterectomy."
She needs therapy, not a hysterectomy. I hope her dad at least tried that route before settling for the hysterectomy (provided this isn’t a troll).
The thing is, if we go by the story of her being just 18 and everything else, it would make sense for that to be the reason. She is leaving in that state of prolonmged infancy, probably still living with the parents and never having a job, parents probably give her allowence/a credit card for her stuff and the more expensive stuff she just asks just like a child/teenager would. The whole "my father found a doctor" implies she was not even the one talking to doctors, she just went to talk to her dad "I want to get rid of my genitals!" and he wasm like "ok, whatever you want dear".
