There's just something about the contrast between the dress and her tattoos that is incredibly jarring. It's basically a retarded e-girl Instathot trash ho "aesthetic" mixed with a dress you'd expect a 1950's Bond girl to wear. I'm not a huge fan of the dress to begin with, but of course, Anisa manages to make it look even worse than it already does.
