Horrifying Titty Creature. The featureless orb boobs draw you in, but it's the face that makes it. It looks like it was drawn by someone who usually draws dragons.

Man in a Dress is just an appropriate representation of Lou, except not supermorbidly obese and greasy.

Horrifying Titty Creature accurately captures Lou's fetish, and that's why it gets my vote.
 
I vote for Man in a Dress, as it's the ugliest fursona which is still clearly Lou's.
The Creature is hideous, all right, but it was an inconsequential blip on the Ugly Fursona radar, one that I personally didn't even remember until this competition began. It is like driving through a disgusting suburb in a city full of horrifying architecture as an architect. Sure, it was unpleasant, but it just didn't stick out as much since it wasn't representative of the greater whole of the awfulness. I say that we must immortalize Man in a Dress, not because it's the worst on its own merit, but because it is the worst of Lou's fursonas, not a seemingly random one that doesn't even bring him to mind.
But I've said my piece. We shall see who wins the crown...

This was a really tough decision, but I think I'm going to choose Man In A Dress. Sure, Horrifying Titty Creature is nightmarish, but it was a very close second because with Man In A Dress, the number of glaring art errors just increases the more I look at it. The perspective is horrible (for example, just look at the ears and the eyes), the neck is super thick and it also has a weird flap thing on the left, the cheek tufts are lopsided. I'd like to mention that I've seen my fair share of trans fursonas/OCs and they look just like the gender they are trying to become, which is just flat out inaccurate. MIAD, however, has a goattee for some reason, and this detail unintentionally makes it the most accurate troon OC.
 
I'll throw my hat into the ring for man in a dress.

That goatee is probably one of the most stupid additions I've seen. Combined with the god awful colour scheme, wide assed shoulders, manly cheeks and neck.... No contest. Beats out the floating tits and alien stare

The arguments in favor of Man in a Dress over Horrifying Titty Creature are pretty weak, because Mister Gagliardi doesn't bother as far as "my dress goes spinny!" Man in a Dress is an ordinary, non-passing transexual. Not Ace Maddox.

The only argument should be that one is uglier than the other. That was the premise.
 
I vote Man in dress.

HTC is for me like a jump-scare, ugly af but once you take a good look at it, it's "not that bad" as much as it is just a lazy drawing.
