I think this phenomenon of troons "going native" specifically for Judaism is fascinating. This one may be a genuine heeb but then you've got fakers like ADF-Fuensalida (and quite a few others I've seen).

I think the reason for it is as follows. Troons are mostly autistic, and all of them have identity disorders. They desperately want to have some sort of concrete identity, something to belong to, something to be a part of. This is why troons are so weirdly in-your-face about their identity. If they are any kind of religious, political, ethnic or other identity, it's in their bio, in their username, in their banner, and in all their tweets. This troon makes sure to put Hebrew in his profile as much as possible (without ever actually interacting with other Hebrew speakers; could be Google Translate for all I know) and name-drop Jewish food as much as possible.

(I mean, if this person is such a devoted Jew and wants to make use of their Hebrew, why the fuck are they in Glasgow? Israel has a law stating that any Jew in the world can move there and become a citizen by right of return.)

This identity phenomenon occasionally manifests in the odd troon tradcath or Irish nationalist, but being white or Christian is passè. You want to be something *interesting* that gets you diversity points. We haven't quite crossed the trans-racial rubicon yet, so pretending to be black or Japanese is a bit of a faux pas (although there's a lot of troons pretending to be indigenous or native american!).

Converting to a religion works, but religion is also inherently conservative, backwards, and unfashionable. Of course there are several Muslim convert troons, but they all seem to just have a hijab fetish. For most troons, Islam would pose a problem for their personal lives, and of course they have no actual convictions, so that's right out the window. Paganism works, but the "community" is small, not well-recognized, and nobody takes it seriously because it's mostly fatties who smell like cat piss and sniff rocks. It's a fake identity and troons eventually realize that.

Judaism is *perfect*. It's a religion that most real Jews even don't believe in, and if you convert, you're mostly accepted as a full Jew. You can be both a diverse minority *and* white, and claim the victim card while having no actual obligations to the community, nor having experienced any actual Jewish history.

Honestly, when I see a Jewish troon these days, I just assume they're some middle-class white dude from Minnesota who wants to stand out.

It's Yiddish, not Hebrew. They don't often write any full sentences, just one-off phrases. Like

I don't know whether she's Jewish or not, but I can confirm that Judaism was totally absent from her public persona when I was slightly acquainted with her as a non-troon (see my one previous comment). That doesn't prove it came to the fore after transition but hey.

Judaism is obviously an odd choice of religion. No to sodomy, no to crossdressing, constant emphasis on male+female being the original and complementary realities of human existence. I think the reasons you put forward are all plausible. I suspect Judaism serves specifically as a non-problematic replacement for her identity as an American while implying a continued connection with the US (when one thinks of Anglophone Jews, one thinks almost instantly of Americans). Whatever other reasons she had for moving to Glasgow, it no doubt slakes the perversity and hipster impulse endemic to troonery to be in a 'minority' country within the United Kingdom. 10 quid says she would support Scottish independence.

When most Yiddish-speakers immigrated to America, they did not pass on the language to their children in hopes they'd fit in better. In Israel, Hebrew was chosen as a unifying language. But lefties don't like Israel, and looking for an alternative, they ended up at romanticizing the European diaspora for some reason (ah, the glory of shtetl life!) and chose Yiddish.
