I don't expect much to come of election investigations legally speaking. The effects we should be expecting are strictly social and realignment related:
1. Further disillusionment with and discrediting of the media/corporate apparatus
2. Decreased trust in existing government structures
3. Resentment at being disenfranchised (that's a lot of people)
4. Instilling fear and paranoia in the responsible parties and their supporters
If we're lucky we'll get some effective legislative action, though knowing the GOP as it is, it won't go nearly as far as it should (how about voter ID, you retards?). Luckier still, there will be war at the high levels of both D and R factions, which will greatly a c c e l e r a t e the realignment and would essentially be passing the event horizon for any return to the late 20th century status quo.

Slightly disagree on one, well, two factors. Most college settings despise voting Red because of traditionalism. The school system is largely liberal, therefore they will do what they could to get students to vote like them. Peer pressure is a vital strategy for colleges to have voter turnout. So far, the Democrats have promised college debt cleansing. Biden backtracked on both promises; outright college debt and the $10K off student debt.
And, this is important. College students can be lazy. Where is the incentive to vote if there's no incentive or benefit for them? Sure, there will be a few marches and clubs here and there but, through experience, college students will find a way out of things.

We vote Blue because we're programmed to. Already, many of us are disappointed with Biden but there's nothing we would do. I doubt many of us will go out for midterms.

C was about other countries' reaction. Which definitely makes sense since the US's word changes every 4 to 8 years to begin with. Biden's word already doesn't mean much. Definitive proof he cheated means that other nations who already don't like the US wouldn't get involved in any treaties with an illegitimate signatory.

Assuming that they manage to find definitive proof of enough fraud to overturn the election, and Biden doesn't step down, this will be a real interesting situation on the global stage, outside of the usual treaties and talks. Would the US Military go into a military intervention with a known illegitimate Commander in Chief? If China decides this is their chance to go full retard on Taiwan, how split would the senate be on giving war powers to a fraud?

If there is enough evidence and a big enough backlash from citizens Joe & Kamaltoe could resign. Pelosi would be the sitting president, but not permanently. Could go a lot of different ways, but most likely we have an emergency election or congress would come up with a method to appoint a new one.
None of that would happen though. There will be evidence from many different states of blatant corruption, but it will be muddled by big tech and the media working together to cast as much doubt as possible. The democrats will be slaughtered in the midterms, and Trump will likely get elected in '24. That doesn't change our trajectory much btw, if you are team red or team blue, they are both the reason why the economy is collapsing at the moment.
I'm still hoping for balkanization, but at best that's a decade and a super depression away. Fun times! As always we will go right back to the tried and true "now that OUR team is back in power they'll fix things!" and nothing changes while the elites fleece us for whatever meager wealth remains in the middle class. Maybe as the tic drains the host dry towards the end the 0.1% will turn on the filthy 1% poors. Does that count as a win?
