Making a terroristic threat, I'd guess, if they don't believe that he was just fucking around (likely). But SS has also said he has warrants for skipping out on a court date so he may not be going home tonight.

Terroristic threat is the legal term for making a threat of violence against someone, which probably "can I rob you" won't suffice but who knows, Austin cops don't really like it when bums actually fuck with the tourists downtown. I am also not a lawyer.
 
She would have to sign a complaint. A lot of hassle for a 5sec verbal interaction with a bum.
Now if SS hands over the video to the cops who knows.

Really this whole arrest is Stop Speeding's mom's fault. If stop speeding was dying his pubes, sicking his dick up his ass, or fucking whales he wouldnt have been outside trying to get content and thus arrested
