Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Also can someone explain to me the whole 15% global tax plan? Because I don't get it, most nations in the world are just going to either reject it or firm it and then never pay a single cent to whatever organization is in charge of collecting that tax income, the only ones who are probably going to follow that plan are retarded western nations since they have a massive fixation on spending massive amounts of money in retarded international plans that the rest of the world ignores. I imagine the Chinese would be quite happy if this does happen though.

It's Biden (and the Democrats') way of looking like they're going to take on gigantic corporations/big tech but making sure there's enough loopholes in place where it doesn't effect them at all.

Assuming no fuckery? They wanna reduce the number of tax havens corporations can run off to, hoping it will incentivize them to do business in their home countries.

But the mere fact that anyone gets an exemption from this defeats the purpose.

No use pining over the former President (who no longer holds any power) when its time to kiss the ring of the new one (who holds all the power). Especially given the tense Brexit standoff with Europe that means the UK can't really afford to antagonize the USA.

So it's just another PR stunt that won't do anything practical in the mid and long term, I just don't get why they want to pass it as global plan when most nations are either going to reject it or only play cheap lip service.

Exempting China, the second largest economy of the world and the one that directly competes with the US seems kind of retarded to me, but I'm no politician what the fuck would I know.

Or alternatively it could be that Boris as an entrenched politician of the managerial class is - much like the establishment in the U.S. - not especially keen on populist upstarts making waves in the governmental bodies of the countries they're from.

Hypothetically, the Cathedral would gladly allow the PLA to kidnap American citizens on US soil and harvest their organs, as long as they get a return on their investments.
