I just had a horrifying thought: Maybe he knows he's dying and just decides to end things with being the biggest dipshit in the world. Everyone's saying this isn't a because no one would ever destroy their own life for the lultz. But what if his life was already being destroyed by his "glandular problems," and he just went "fuck it, I'll troll the world and pretend to be a furry KKK pedophile with a diaper fetish." Perhaps he's doing this because this is the only way he can become famous. This dying kid's wish is to be acknowledged, and he decides to be the worst person in the world.

I think most of us want there to be some deeper meaning to why people behave like lunatics and deviate from general human normality.
