A Troon arc would take too much work. The dude can't even change T-shirts on a daily basis much less grow his hair out, paint it blue, and wear makeup and all that other ridiculous shit. The standards for troons are so low that he literally doesn't need to do anything besides call himself a woman. Even being the racid pig-ape he is he's still doing better than some of the freaks that have threads here at the Farms (Tooter, Phil, Gamergirl eta) in terms of physical appearance and hygiene. He may even have better general hygiene than Chris.
