While I believe this is probably true, if he had just done that, the prosecutor might have decided this was just a beef between two idiots and let it slide. I think it was endangering the public in general that made this a priority at all.

I think there's a reasonable defense that just pointing a gun at Frank under the circumstances wasn't "under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life[.]" After all, Frank, much like Boogie, wasn't taking the situation seriously at all and was mocking Boogie and calling him a pussy while he was doing it.

I think firing off randomly into the neighborhood was what turned this from a misdemeanor at most, and probably a "don't do that again you fucking idiot" rap on the knuckles to a felony worth prosecuting as one.

nah it's 100% him. It's definitely him considering the language and terms used between all those accounts is the same.
Haber pointed out one time that boogie is EXTREMELY insecure about being perceived as anything other than an "alpha chad". He ignores most insults and criticisms about his weight, but challenging that he's in fact just a simp makes him disproportionally madder than anything else. It's very very clear that it bothers him so much that he goes this far just to prop up his own image as a "chad".

People here think that he gets mad when you call him fat, but in reality he gets mad when you expose him for being a beta that no woman wants.

this. Thank you, I was having trouble phrasing it, this was the crux of my point bringing up the self defense laws, and castle vs stand your ground and the recent changes to Arkansas defense laws.
