It's so easy to see here that the great offense committed was destroying the troon's illusion that he passed. He wasn't upset because the guy wasn't attracted to him (dude was just fine with his body), but that he didn't follow the prescribed societal rule that says you're supposed to act shocked and go "Oh wow, you're trans? I had no idea!". He wasn't being rejected - not by a long shot - but the sting to his ego that he didn't pass as well as he thought was enough to make him go off the deep end.

Congratulations, you found two comics in which they are a unimportant part of the set-piece and the one where the chick with a dick is central to the joke that most TRA’s but would scream at it for being transphobic by invoking trap imagery.
The entire point of that comic is hyper sexualized and genderbending to the point of parody while accompanied with an underlying tone of tragedy and/or cynicism.
It’s not always a hit, but I do check in from time to time and the creator has remained largely consistent.
The ghost of curses, the Cult of the God of Hate and the extremely gay but hyper-masculine barbarian manage to amuse me.
Also the first two comics featuring the namesake Oglaf impressing his illiterate lady friend through his sudden magical ability to jizz conjure his thoughts into the air with his magical ejaculate only to reveal that he is equally illiterate, horny and quite dull amusingly set the tone... as low brow as it may be.
Then again I am definitely easy to please and not clever enough for the likes of Rick & Morty or Adventure Time

I also remember one where there was a guy with vag as a part of fuck montage, this played no part in the joke or story. There are few no big deal trannies and few comics where gender bending and transitioning play part but they are rare and quite frankly fit to tone of the comic. The comic is about faving fun with fantasy cliches in a world of open perversion. The many characters explore wierd turn ons, have sex in absolute insane ways and all sort of powerful magic is common. It makes far too much sense that chicks with dicks and guys with pussies aren't a big deal and do pop up once in while.
So I don't think Oglaf has occasional pussyboy or dickgirl to be woke and even if woke is the reason I don't think it matters. The writer is clearly perfectly capable to treating holy to the left minority characters same as the others. No matter what the characters are pervy wierdoes with mostly questionale ethics. That or they get killed, cursed, used or otherwise suffer do this fantasy world being pretty harsh.
