My effort
"The Supreme Court Conceptualised as an Infantile Phallus: Three Modalities to Penetrate Judicial Coquettishness" Opening sentences of a similar concept but in a non-academic presentation for dumb people, maybe Time or something: here we go: Every dinner party with two or more Supreme Court commentators will inevitably raise the eternal question: if the Court were a penis, what sort of penis would it be? Its dimensions? Its ethnicity? Its temperament, idiosyncrasies, peculiarities, particularities? If it is a black penis, can I in good conscience allow it to be the stereotypical Brobdingnagian Karen-slayer? Yet would it not be equally problematic to mockingly endow a sad wizened little dried snail of a penis just to confound the haters? Similarly, would not a monstrous gloriously be-veined Asian cock looking for its size like it would more properly belong in a museum of horrors also be objectionable, in juxtaposing lived experience with asian penises with this perhaps unrealistic fantasy? In this endless melee, it becomes apparent that we must salvage what we can and retreat -- all the way back to a small flaccid infancy.
