@Pocket_Sand! for the love of god enlighten us on what has occurred

we are all at the edge of our seats, buttcheeks clenched

edit: wait was @Pocket_Sand! one of the ones who said theyd go or someone else i forgot. sorry if it wasnt you buddy

He said he was going, but he also hasn't been around as far as I can tell. Either way, if he decides to stay out of it all, then I'd completely understand, and I wish him well regardless. He was an awesome poster, and he shouldn't have had to have to deal with Len's shit.

If @Pocket_Sand! is in the process of getting a restraining order against Len, showing up at his hearing for another case would pretty much nix any chances he has of getting one. Or maybe he didn't want to set Len off, I dunno. I thought @Saul Goodman was going too. Recall Kiwis, that our team was invited for breakfast and a tour of CRR after the hearing, so maybe they did that, then went back home, so it'll be a while before we get a report.

With Saul confirmed to not being able to attend, the people most likely to have attended are @Pocket_Sand! and @Gook Choy. Curt has said he has refrained from posting further in the thread due to personal harassment toward his family from Len, so if he attended and isn't willing to share anything under his name then I urge him to PM someone trustworthy here so that it can be shared anonymously. As for Gook, we'll have to see. Len is far less willingly to harass him outside of bugging the Phoenixville Sears.

Not really. It would make sense if you needed to keep track of the guy and get evidence to support the restraining order. Generally restraining orders don't apply to court appearances.

It might still be reasonable to stay away for appearance's sake, but it wouldn't keep you from getting a protective order, especially if you couldn't afford to blow hundreds or thousands just to have your lawyer show up just to sit in court and watch.

It could be he just didn't want to be in the same room as the asshole who's been harassing his family, especially his wife.

EDIT: Just checked, Hy is still listed as his attorney, so apparently Len was telling the truth. Since Len is not here, and we know he's not in jail, either Hy or the judge (or maybe both) told him to not post about it, and Lenny's for once doing the smart thing and keeping a low profile.

Does this mean an end to the Doxxing Saga?

Thank fucking god.

I wonder what the look on Len's face was when the Reality Express arrived at Shanertown Station?

That is indeed what it means. Well, he'll go to lockup, awaiting arraignment, and his real trial.

You have no idea how fucking stoked I was when I saw these posts. For a brief moment I thought that I had actually called it and his ass was gonna be chilling in a jail cell; but lo and behold, the pants shitter still walks free, probably wanking in victory outside his favorite public park. Still, Like Kiwi Koala said he's still got to make it to that next court hearing; either he plays it smarts and keeps his head down or he stupidly keeps poking out at the worst times.
Let's all hope his stupid kicks in.

Given how he's still on bail, the implication is that he's not going to do anything illegal/stupid in the meantime. Doxxing is both stupid and questionably illegal, so if someone provides evidence that he's doing more doxxing before his next court hearing then he'll probably be in some amount of trouble. Provided Hy is his lawyer, Hy probably told him to stop being autistic, so for the moment the doxxing saga is probably over.

... Probably.

Oh, I know someone who will be drinking like a fish regardless.

P.P., Esq. sez "why did you go with the crusty old senile ambulance chaser instead of me you dumb cunt"

Trust me, I'm a professional blowfish whisperer.
I'm taking this lull in the proceedings to suggest we now create a Pinkington Pufferton, Privet Detective, esq. Fan Club in Groups. Replete with Pufferton origin story, fan art, updates and perhaps even an interview with the wily piscine privet investigator himself....

He'll be back.

He always comes back.

I wonder if Gloria even knows that Len has been charged? If Len takes care of the mail, he could have swiped any notices of his hearing without her seeing it.

From what I understand, the police have been to Len's house on several occasions, so she's probably aware he's been up to no good.

Len will probably go one, two, maybe even three days behaving himself like a good little boy.

Then he'll forget why he was supposed to shut up and he'll dox someone that's talking a lot about him.

Then we'll laugh as he suffers the consequences.

We'll see. It could be the judge told him to not talk about his case as a condition of his bail. It's unclear if that will be enough, because Lenny very much has a "the rules don't apply to me" attitude about him.

I wonder what sort of shady loans Len had to take out to afford Hy's services. Really hope he didn't mortgage his mother's house and swipe her social security checks and retirement funds in order to hire that weirdo
