Despite there being a multitude of websites on the internet made for the sole purpose of posting and sharing fetish material, some people choose to post their wank bank onto YouTube. In spite of YouTube's best efforts to try to remove sexual content from the site, there are still plenty of fetish channels to be found. Channels like this are pretty easy to find. Just put [title of any popular piece of media] + [name of kink] and you'll find plenty. You'll find thousands upon thousands of videos appealing to various weird fetishes, including (but not limited to):

My take is that these threads are pretty important for sniffing out the most autistic and over-protective fetishists. Some of the most prolific lolcows came from the age old "hey, check out this weirdo," into "he read the thread talking about how weird he is and got mad lol" 1-2 combo.
Youtube is a daunting one, because there are more creepy fetishists on there than grains of sand on the beach, and only 2/3rds of them are Indians.
I did pretty much the same trick in the general thread on creepy Youtube, but on a 5 minute timer I found wax fetish (I didn't click on to any of these videos because the thumbnails are legally suspect so I have no idea how depraved they get, buyer beware) footfag probably underage vore fetishists some Indian records video of BDSM video. That's without hunting down and adding in fetishist jargon, which can turn totally normal words into hotspots of degeneracy.
 
I love the really autistic uniform/clothes fetishists who post super-specific stuff. I love it more when I see someone in the comments sperging out because they love the exact same brand of hazmat suit/military jacket/etc. There really is someone for everyone.

I've seen a lot of weird shit in my life, but this is some of the only stuff to physically repulse me.
How does this even happen to someone, and more importantly why is it titled as "so satisfying"?

I'm willing to play devil's advocate for the case of popping and say that to the majority, the fascination with pimple popping really isn't fetish-based, but rather through second-hand relief, because most viewers just do the ill-advised thing and pop the pimples to relieve the pressure themselves. I totally get the idea behind pimple popping content, but I absolutely resent how the algorithm automatically assumes that you like to be bombarded with trypophobic content just because you like seeing a singular giantass lump being removed. BTW, don't go to spas to get your pimple popped or hangnails removed, they don't have the bacteria-killing alcohol or the nail-burning acids needed to prevent regrowth.
