I know what you mean, but ... why does Golf have a male/female split anyway? Is raw power that much of the game?

And it's not like a woman golfer is likely to get injured playing against a man, unless it's me.

What I understand of golf through familial osmosis, your swing largely depends on your height and hips and correctly applying the force your body can generate with that motion. Relative height and hip strength differences can be negated by skill but when you have a 5'10" minimum "woman" going against women who are 5'8" max, there's a physiological benefit at play.

All the troonic sports-sperging has got me thinking: why don't we ever see brave and beautiful trans girls do gymnastics, or dance? It's the stereotypical girly sport. The outfits can have rhinestones. Why do they always want to intrude on stuff like golf, powerlifting, cycling, and rugby?
Is it because you need a real athletic female body to succeed in gymnastics and they know they could never?
I'd love to see one of these pudgy middle-aged men fall over in a leotard.

Real answer being female bodies are simply more flexible at the hip joints specifically, meaning a man would rarely if ever be able to compete in gymnastics against women. Women do have advantage in some sports for that reason, but men dominate the field in most places. My guess is these men don't stand a chance against other men in sport so they have to try to stroke their egos by competing against women who they know they don't have a chance against. I'd love to see a fat sloppy troon try to have the advantage gymnastics and just give up while crying.

Iceland still has men's names and women's names, as dictated by tradition. Guðrún, Anna and Helga are still women's names. Just because a man isn't blocked from calling himself Helga doesn't mean it's not a woman's name. Iceland aren't doing anything progressive or gender reaffirming here, they're just loosening up their rules to what other western countries have been doing since long before the troon wars got started. Same as in other western countries, if a man wants to name himself Jeanette in the UK, nobody's going to stop him. If a woman wants to not go by the last name of Larsson (technically gendered because it's derived from son of Lars), she can change her last name to Smith. But the overweight Icelandic AGP with a 5 o'clock shadow who goes by the name of Margrét is still a man with a woman's name.

I am personally a fan of watching them realize they've devalued the word from overuse and have ostracized so many with that same word that they have hit the "oh, SHIT time to backtrack." Eepecially as they realize their once mighty cliques have denigrated to Labelle the Pedo & Co.

I'd assume that was why ”alt-right” became a thing. Calling everyone Nazis for 70 years means that the word ”Nazi” starts to lose its power, so these people needed an alternative.
