I found this on Facebook, with actual lesbians taking the piss out of it.
So I replaced the creepy male troon with an actual trans lesbian: Keira Bell, a lesbian who transitioned partly out of internalised homophobia and is now speaking out against transing gay and lesbian kids. Still a bit SJW art-y, but this time it's a real lesbian at least.

haven't done one of these in a while so i took a crack at redesigning destiny's tomboy oc + descriptors. apologies for the messy linework i could not be fucked actually putting effort into her art.
